Kathmandu, March 18: Minister for Education, Science and Technology Bidhya Bhattarai held discussion with the heads of different private and public schools.
At a discussion here today, Minister Bhattarai urged them to make scholarship distribution transparent and implement the government rules.
The minister instructed the schools heads to ensure the upcoming educational session well-managed and inclusive, provide impartial and equal opportunities for all and make enrollment process transparent, her secretariat informed.
Also discussed on the occasion were operationalization of all educational institutions in line with the government policy and plan, strict adherence to the educational calendar, and compulsory affiliation of teachers and employees of schools with social security fund.
The meeting was attended by the heads of Saint Mary’s, Saint Xavier’s, Rato Bangala, Budhanilakantha School, SOS Balgram, Nepal Army School, Nepal Police School, and Gandaki Boarding School.
Matters related to the students’ enrollment process for upcoming educational session, fee management, scholarship distribution, schools’ social responsibility and social security of the school’s teachers and employees were also discussed on the occasion.#nepal #political #rss
