Palpa, April 4: Minister for Health and Population, Pradip Paudel, has said a federalism is the means of empowering the citizens.
He said, “However, smart federalism is the need of the hour. There is no way to reverting from the existing federal democratic systems.”
In his address to a programme organised by the Nepali Congress (NC) Palpa on Friday, the Minister who represents the NC in the coalition government underlined the need of further systematising the existing form of governance to make it smart.
As he said, any attempts to take the country towards regression will further push it back. Federalism is a tool to establish the rule of law not of individuals, the minister mentioned. #nepal #health #rss
