Kathmandu, June 3: The fourth national ring wrestling tournament organized by Nepal Ring Wrestling Association is going to be held today.
Subarna Shrestha, the general secretary of the organizing association, informed that there will be five different categories in the competition and cash prizes will be given in all of them. In which the heavyweight winner will get Rs 1 lakh 55 thousand, the triple threat match winner will bag Rs 1 lakh 25 thousand, the hardcore match winner will get Rs 1 lakh, the female match winner will get Rs 80 thousand and the light weight winner will get Rs 65 thousand.
For the competition, Nuwakote Tiger, David, Chattan, Shain, Tupi Gang, X Hero, Sujal, CJ World, Akriti, Tanu and Combat Karma will enter the ring.
Sanjay Maharjan and Rakesh BK will play the role of judges while Jeevan Tamang will be the host of the program. The one-day tournament, which has free entry, will be held at the National Table Tennis Training Center in Lainchaur.
