The NCP (Prachanda-Madhav faction), which took to the streets after the dissolution of the parliament, held a press conference in Kathmandu on Saturday and announced the program of the second phase of the agitation.
At the press conference, Narayan Kaji Shrestha, coordinator of the Central Struggle Committee of the Prachanda-Madhav faction, said that the agitation would continue till the House of Representatives will reinstated.
He said that the program of the movement has been announced to inform the people and create public pressure against the unconstitutional move of the government.
Shrestha informed that the movement will be completely peaceful.
Coordinator Shrestha said that the programs of the movement have been announced to put pressure on the constitutional organs so that they do not have to work under pressure.
Meanwhile, despite efforts to launch a joint agitation with the Nepali Congress and Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP), the Congress has not shown interest as the Central Working Committee meeting of the Congress has not ended, said Shrestha.
