Mugu, Dec 3: A Twin Otter aircraft of Nepal Airlines, which flew from Nepalganj to Talcha Airport (Mugu), has grounded at the airport here.

The 9NABU call-sign of Nepal Airlines reached Talcha airport at 11 am on Sunday with a team including three passengers and crew members.

The plane was about to take off to Nepalgunj with 13 passengers but the pilot had to ground the plane as it’s battery system was not working properly.

Immediately, an engineer from Nepalgunj was sent to check it, and he had suggested to replace the battery.

Nepal Airlines Rara station in-charge Netra Bham has informed that the plane with 13 passengers will fly to Nepalgunj on Monday after managing new battery from Nepalgunj.

Passengers who took Nepal Airlines tickets for Nepalgunj are staying in hotels in Talcha today.
