Kathmandu, Dec 17, 2019 : The national flag carrier, Nepal Airlines Corporation, has won the 2019’s ‘Most Popular Airlines Award’.
Airlines Critics and Bloggers Association presented the award to NAC for its quality service.
NAC executive chair Madan Kharel received the award amidst a programme organised by the Association here today.
The Association prepared video clips of several kinds services given by the NAC during its international flights and the award was decided on the basis of public votes, according to NAC.
As said by Association chair TPS Grover, the award was decided to be presented to NA being based on comments by over 450 airlines bloggers, commentators, passengers and aviation journalists.
Airlines companies employees’ and crew members’ treatment towards passengers, air service, quality of food served during flight, entertainment factor, service safety, seat quality and price are among the standard for the award selection.
Prior to this, Thai Air and Fin Air bagged the award.
