Kathmandu, Mar 3: Nepal Army Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) Ashok Raj Sigdel has conferred the insignia to Krishna Bahadur G.C., who was recently promoted to the rank of Major General in the Nepal Army.
At a special ceremony held on Monday at the Army Headquarters Major General G.C. was formally decorated with his new insignia, according to the Nepal Army’s Directorate of Public Relations and Information.
The government had approved his promotion to Major General on Falgun 12. Following his promotion, Major General G.C. has been appointed as the Commander of the Mid-Eastern Division.
On the same occasion, Dr. Kunda Bikram Shah, who was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel in the technical division, was also conferred with his new rank insignia. #nepal #NepalArmy
