Kathmandu, Dec 22: The Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC), or Nepal Telecom, has proposed Rs. 40 per share cash dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2079/80 BS.
The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute a Rs. 40 per share cash dividend to its shareholders on the paid-up capital of Rs. 18 Arba.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Government of Nepal and the Ministry Of Finance and endorsement by the company’s upcoming AGM.
However, in recent times, the company’s profit have been slightly decreased because of the competition in the telecom sector.
