Kathmandu, July 21: The London Chapter of the globally renowned business network CEO Club Global has officially signed an agreement to acquire 85 per cent ownership of Tesla Group Europe.
According to the agreement, Tesla’s leadership structure has undergone a major transformation with Dr Shambhu Pokharel, the Global CEO of CEO Club Global, being appointed as the President of Tesla Group.
With this appointment, for the first time in history, a Nepali citizen has become the President of one of the world’s most prestigious technology and energy companies..
“This is not just a business deal but the global acknowledgment of Nepali talent. Our shared goal now is to build Tesla Group into a multi-billion-dollar gigafactory and global innovation hub, Dr Pokharel said following the appointment.
Based in Prague, Czech Republic, the Tesla Group Europe is one of the oldest and most respected technology-based companies in Europe.
Its head office is located in Prague, while its Gigafactory is established in Slovakia. The company holds a significant legacy in energy, automation, electronics, and industrial innovation.
