Kathmandu, June 12: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index closed at 1,987.87 today after gaining 7.79 points from the last trading day’s closing. This is a gain of 0.39%.
Today the index opened at 1,984.36. According to NEPSE, the share price of 89 companies gained while 126 companies’ share declined. Eight remained unchanged.
285 scrips traded hands via 49,944 transactions. A total of 7,454,007 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 2.87 Arba in turnover amount.
