NRN Infrastructure proposes 42.105% dividend

Kathmandu, Nov 12: The NRN Infrastructure and Development (NRN) has called its 13th AGM on Poush 4, 2082.

The meeting of the board of directors has proposed a 40% bonus shares worth Rs. 51.37 crores and a 2.105% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 2.70 crore for the fiscal year 2081/82 BS. The company’s existing paid-up capital is Rs. 1.28 Arba.

There is also an agenda to issue rights shares at a ratio of 1: 1 after the distribution of bonus shares.
