KATHMANDU: Home Minister Balkrishna Khand tabled the Ordinance on Political parties, 2078 in the third meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) amidst the protest of the major opposition, CPN UML on Wednesday.
Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota allowed time to the Home Minister for presenting the Ordinance.
Earlier, the two meetings of the HoR were postponed without entering the regular schedule due to obstruction by the UML.
The HoR meeting will be held next on Friday.
