HETAUDA: A Hetauda bench of the Patan High Court has issued an interim order to the Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City not to collect the toll tax.
A local, Urmila Neupane, had filed an application in the High Court demanding to stop the tax collection. She has argued that collecting tax at the by-pass road of the Hetauda bus park is illegal.
Advocate Ishwar Raj Dhakal on behalf of the petitioner and advocate Madan Kumar Dahal on behalf of the Shakti Infra Developers Pvt Ltd argued on their parties.
The interim order was issued by a joint bench of Justices Nagendra Lal Karna and Nirmala Shakya in the name of the opposition.
