Petroleum prices fell by Rs 3 per liter



Kathmandu, June 1: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC), the government entity, has reduced the price of petroleum products. The corporation has reduced petrol by Rs.3 per liter and diesel and kerosene by Rs.1 per liter.

In a press release issued by the corporation, it has been stated that the price has been reduced with effect from Saturday morning.

After the price reduction, under the third category, in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Dipayal, the price of petrol is Rs 168 per liter and diesel and kerosene are Rs 153 per liter.

Under the second category, the price of petrol in Surkhet and Dang will be Rs 167 per liter and the price of diesel and kerosene Rs 152 per liter.

Similarly, in the first category, in Charali, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Amlekhganj, Bhalbari, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi and Birgunj, the price of petrol will be Rs 165.50 per liter and diesel and kerosene will be Rs 150.50 per liter.

The corporation has kept the sale price of aviation fuel and LP gas unchanged.
