KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi have held a phone conversation on Monday.
In a telephone conversation, Indian Prime Minister Modi congratulated Prime Minister Deuba and discussed issues of mutual interest and understanding between the two countries, the Ministry of External Affairs said in a tweet.
In his tweet, Modi said that India and Nepal also talked about cooperating in the fight against Coronavirus. In a phone conversation, Nepal’s foreign ministry claimed that Modi had assured Nepal that he would soon provide COVID-19 vaccine.
