PM Dahal calls for unity, stating that conspiracy being hatched to snatch rights

Tanahu, Nov 17: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ warned that there was a conspiracy to take away the rights of people’s representatives and thus called for unity among all political parties against the conspiracies of all sorts.

Interacting with the party cadres at Aanbu Khairani rural municipality in Tanahu district today, PM Dahal, also CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairperson, alerted, “There is a conspiracy against the constitution. While one element was into creating chaos in one way or the other, some other elements were striving for regression.”

Stating that the incumbent government was firm in protecting the changes and national security concerns, Dahal assured that there was no threat over the current coalition.

“We will move ahead foiling the conspiracies that tend to take away the rights and power that have come to the hands of the people and people’s representatives of oppressed class, caste, communities and region,” the Head of the Government reaffirmed. He warned that there were attempts to shift the power from people’s representatives to the feudal lords.

According to him, his party has initiated a special transformative campaign-‘Maoist with People’ -that would take his party to people’s doorstep. He shared that the campaign initiated towards the beginning of the September this year had been extended for a month.

According to him, his party was into a special campaign for restructuring the party and it was not only a formal programme rather it was a part of the party’s strategic move.
He shared that the campaign was going good all over the Gandaki Province.
