KATHMANDU: The meeting between Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota have discussed on different issues pending in the Federal Parliament today.
Speaker Sapkota met with the PM Deuba at the PM’s official residence in Baluwatar in the afternoon.
According to Speaker Sapkota’s Secretariat, during the meeting discussions were held regarding the selection of the vacant chairperson of the State Management and Good Governance Committee under the House of Representatives and the leadership of the Public Accounts Committee.
Similarly, they have also discussed the pending bills including citizenship and selection of Deputy Speaker.
