PM Oli attends festival reception in Jhapa

Bhadrapur, Oct 7 : Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today attended a reception organised in his home district Jhapa on the occasion of the Bada Dashain, Tihar and Chhath festivals.

The Prime Minister, also the chair of Nepal Communist Party (NCP), arrived here this morning and took part in the reception. It was hosted by himself.

Upon arrival at Bhadrapur Airport, he was welcomed by party cadres and government officials.       

He has been organising the festival reception here since the past 25 years. State 1 government senior officials and Nepali Congress leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula were also invited to the reception.

The Prime Minister is returning Kathmandu today itself, according to his press advisor Chetan Adhikari.
