Kathmandu, April 22: Prime Minister and CPN (UML) Chair KP Sharma Oli today honoured six senior leaders with the ‘Communist Fighter Honour’ on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of Nepal Communist Party today.
The party leader feted Ratna Prasad Neupane ( post-humously) , Lal Bahadur Bishwakarma ( Kanchanpur), Bachaspati Devkota ( Gorkha), Shanta Manwi ( Kathmandu), Satya Narayan Mandal ( Saptari), Shobharam Basnet ( Dang) and Haricharan Shiwakoti ( Jhapa).
On the occasion, a book entitled ‘ Shelter’, featuring experiences and struggles of party leaders who had been underground during the Panchayat system.
