Kathmandu, Aug 14: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has directed the ministers and secretaries to initiate game changer projects.
During a progress review and performance contract signing function at his office in Singha Durbar on Thursday, PM Oli urged the subordinates to contribute to increasing productivity and lifting country out of the vicious cycle of poverty.
The PM drew the attention of ministers and secretaries to work toward production of methane gas from Dailekh within coming Mangsir, promote farmers for buffalo farming to export to China, launch organic farming, regulate social networking sites, construct senior citizens’ dialogue home, conduct 10th national games in time, intensify construction of Kirtipur cricket stadium, and prepare for construction of a mega stadium in Bhaktapur.
Other priorities as the Head of the Government shared are use of Nepal’s own orbit in space, operate railways and security printing press, and complete Sunkoshi-Marin, Bheri-Babai diversions and Kathmandu-Tarai expressway. The employees’ transfer should be line with standard, he reminded.
“Let’s propose innovatively to set milestones,” he said, urging the ministers and secretaries to forward revolutionary works.
On the occasion, PM Oli made secretaries sign performance contracts for this fiscal year, 2082/83 in line with the national ambition of ‘Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali’. #nepal #secretaries #rss
