Dhanusha, Feb 22: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Prakash Man Singh said the party’s general convention would be held as per the NC statute and the Nepal Constitution.
In his address to a programme organized by the NC Dhanusha at the party office here today, he clarified that the general convention would be held as per the statute by incorporating all within the party.
The party’s general convention will be held taking into consideration the situation being adherent to the rules and regulations. We are confident that the general convention will be held by bringing everyone together,” said leader Singh.
He claimed that the NC apparently seemed weak despite being strong due to lack of internal management. “The Congress is strong. We are becoming weak due to lack of internal management. We have to solve the problems within the party.
