Chitwan, Jan 18: Nepal’s first Rhino Cruise is set to come into operation on the Narayani River from Gaindakot in Nawalparasi (Bardaghat–Susta East).
The cruise service is being launched with the objective of developing Nawalpur and surrounding areas into a sustainable and attractive tourist destination.
Rhino Water Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and Hotel River Crown Pvt. Ltd. are jointly operating the Rhino Cruise on the Narayani River.
According to Managing Director of the company, Deepak Dhungel, the cruise—designed specifically for tourism purposes—will operate along the Gaindakot Pulchowk–Devghat route.
“We are preparing to operate the Rhino Cruise not as a transportation service, but as a tourism-promoting initiative,” Dhungel said. “The cruise will primarily focus on dinner cruises, including onboard dining packages.”
Dhungel further informed that the Rhino Cruise vessel has been rebuilt and preparations are underway to officially launch the service within this month. He added that arrangements for regular operations are currently in progress following the completion of technical testing. #cruise #nepal
