KATHMANDU, Dec 02: Leg-spinner Sandeep Lamichhane has been cured of coronavirus. He has announced his release from coronavirus on Wednesday through social media.
Lamichhane, who was preparing to participate in the closed training of the national team, was infected with coronavirus. As soon as the PCR report came positive, he was in self-isolation.
Lamichhane was admitted to HAMS Hospital on Sunday with mild respiratory problems. After a few days of rest, he will go to Australia to play in the Big Bash League.
The Big Bash League is starting in Australia from the third week of December. He is preparing to play in the Big Bash League for the third time. This time Lamichhane is playing Big Bash from Hobart Hurricanes.
