Kathmandu, Feb 5: The Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited has proposed an 11% cash dividend worth Rs. 30.87 crores for the fiscal year 2079/80 BS.
The 19th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 21 has decided to distribute an 11% cash dividend (including tax). The existing paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 2.80 arba.
The dividend is subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority, and the upcoming AGM. #Nepal
