Jhapa, March 9: Bishma Sitoula, 34, a resident of Ward No. 5 in Gauradaha municipality, has been taken into custody for reportedly misbehaving with Mayor Chhatrapati Subedi at the latter’s residence.
As per Khagendra Bahadur Khadka, the information officer at the District Police Office in Jhapa, Sitaula engaged in abusive and inappropriate behavior towards Mayor Subedi on Sunday night.
The suspect, Sitaula, was brought before the District Administration Office in Jhapa today, where authorities decided to prolong the investigation for an additional 10 days under the charge of indecent conduct as per the Criminal Code 2074, Khadka stated. #nepal #rss
