Dhangadhi, April 30: Tika Thapa has been appointed as the Minister of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives of Sudurpaschim province.
Chief of the Province Najir Miyan appointed Thapa to the post of Minister on the recommendation of the Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Province, Dirgha Bahadur Sodari. Thapa is a provincial assembly member in Sudurpaschim representing the Nagarik Unmukti Party.
Newly appointed Minister Thapa took the oath of office and secrecy before the Chief of the Province at a function held at the Office of the Chief of the Province in Dhangadhi.
Prior to this, Kailash Chaudhary of the same party was appointed as the Minister of Physical Infrastructure Development.
