Butwal, Dec 21, 2019 : The Butwal Sub-metropolitan City has been declared as a beggar-free city. The Sub-metropolitan City made this announcement organizing a special programme here today. This step has been taken so that the underprivileged and helpless elderly people, mentally ill, women and children will not have to
