Chitwan, Jan 15: A few months ago, a mother and her daughter from the United States arrived in Nepal as tourists and stayed at the Bharatpur-based Hotel Global. One day, while they were inside the hotel premises, a street dog suddenly approached them. Concerned about the guests’ safety, a security
