Palpa, March 8: Dr Madhav Bahadur Thapa of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has been elected a member of the House of Representatives from Palpa contituency-2. According to the final count, he won by securing 26,736 votes. His nearest competitor, Himal Dutta Shrestha of the Nepali Congress, received 12,992 votes,
