Kathmandu, April 5: President Ramchandra Paudel today appointed Dr Narayan Dutta Kandel as the Attorney General. According to the Office of the President, Dr Kandel of Baglung district was appointed to the post of the Attorney General at the recommendation of Prime Minister Balendra Shah in accordance with Article 157
