Kathmandu, Nov 5: The selection committee, chaired by Speaker Dev Raj Ghimire, has recommended senior journalist Dr Suresh Acharya as the Chief Information Officer of the National Information Commission (NIC). According to sources, the committee has also recommended Mr Gagan Bista and Durga Bhandari as commissioners for the NIC. The
