Kanchanpur: The implementation of a drinking water project worth Rs 150 million has begun at Mahuliya of Bhimduttanagar municipality-2 in Kanchanpur.             The project launched under the 'one house, one water tap' programme is expected to be completed within the current fiscal year, said ward chair Dambar Bahadur Karki.
