Nawalparasi, Sept 28: All sluice gates of the Gandak Barrage have been opened due to alarming water current of the Narayani River- flooded in the wake of incessant rainfall. Chief District Officer of Paschim Nawalparasi, Skim Shrestha, informed that all 36 gates of the barrage were opened to avoid risk
