Kathmandu, July 28: Former Deputy Prime Minister and Nepali Congress (NC) leader Gopal Man Shrestha passed away today while undergoing treatment at Helios Hospital in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, said NC Spokesperson Devraj Chalise.
