Dharan, Dec 2: Mayor of Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City and Chairman of Shram Sanskriti Party Harka Raj Sampang has said that labour donation was inevitable for the country's sustainable development. Releasing the party's declaration paper for the forthcoming elections, Sampang said the people should be linked to the country and soil.
