Khotang, Dec 13: Chairperson of the Labor Culture Party, Harkaraj Rai, has asserted that a government of farmers, herdsmen, and cultivators will be formed in Nepal after the forthcoming elections. Speaking at a public assembly today in Diktel Bazaar, located in his home district of Khotang, he noted that the
