Kathmandu, June 7: President Ram Chandra Paudel emphasized the culture of honouring moral rights so as to furthe strengthen democracy. Receiving declaration letter and conclusions of the Inter-Legislative Forum at a programme at Office of President-Sheetal Niwas- today, President Paudel reiterated that the more culture of honouring moral authority is
