Surkhet, Oct 14: A cabinet meeting of Karnali province government has decided to provide martyr memorial and living allowance of Rs 50 million. The meeting held today under chairmanship of Chief Minister Yam Lal Kandel took the decision to provide martyr memorial allowance worth Rs 25.57 million and living allowance
