Biratnagar, March 9: The Koshi Province Assembly unanimously passed the 'Bill to Replace the Ordinance for Amending Certain Provincial Acts-2081' on Sunday. Minister for Internal Affairs and Law, Rewati Raman Bhandari, presented the proposal seeking endorsement of the Bill after no amendment proposal was registered and no Province Assembly members
