Ilam, June 28: The Golakharka-Rajduwali section of the Mechi Highway in Ilam has been blocked due to landslides caused by heavy rains. According to Chief District Officer Laxman Dhakal, the blockage occurred in Maikhola, Ilam Municipality-9. Landslides are common in this area, creating challenges for vehicular movement especially during monsoon.
