Jhapa, Nov 24: Minister for Water Supply and Sanitation, Pradeep Yadav, has said that it is the government's primary responsibility to making quality drinking water accessible to all. Minister Yadav said so in course of making onsite observation of the under-construction water supply projects in various places of Jhapa today.
