670 prisoners get pardon on Constitution Day

Kathmandu, Sept 19: On the occasion of the Constitution Day, President Ramchandra Paudel has, on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, pardoned the remaining sentence of 670 prisoners. According to the Office of the President, the pardon was granted in accordance with the Criminal Offense (Sentencing and Enforcement) Act
