Kathmandu, Nov 24: Miklajung Rural Municipality of Morang and the Minamitane City of Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan have established sister city relations. The initiation of the sister city relations was announced in the presence of Minamitane Town chief Hiroyashu Kozono  and Miklajung Rural Municipality chairman  Babi Kumar Rai amidst a programme
