Nawalparasi, Aug 30: Three people have lost their lives in Nawalparasi by the suffocation inside the safety tank of a toilet in a house being built by local Bhola Singh Chhetri in Binayi-Triveni Rural Municipality today.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Bed Bahadur Paudel from the District Police Office Nawalparasi reported that 38-year-old Prakash Singh Kshetri, 19-year-old Ganesh Bogati, and 28-year-old Mohammad Raja from Binayi-Triveni Rural Municipality Ward No. 7 were found unconscious inside the safety tank.
Despite being rushed to Bhairahawa Medical College Rupandehi for treatment, they were pronounced dead by doctors.
The bodies of two of the deceased are currently at Bhim Hospital Bhairahawa Rupandehi, while one is at Prithvichandra District Hospital Nawalparasi (West). Authorities are conducting further investigations into the incident.
