Kathmandu, Feb 13: Chairman of CPN (UML) KP Sharma Oli has emphasized that the work related to transitional justice should be completed soon.
Inaugurating the 4th National Conference of Human Rights Defenders and Social Campaigners here today, he said that transitional justice process should be completed soon to deliver justice to the conflict survivors.
He said that the Bill related to Transitional Justice should be finalized as per the Supreme Court and the National Human Rights Commission directives.
Nepali Congress leader Dr Shekhar Koirala stressed that transitional justice is a serious issue and should not be made a tool for political give and take.
“The Supreme Court has issued some orders regarding transitional justice. There is no doubt that transitional justice must be victim-friendly,” he said. #Nepal
