Baitadi, Dec 8: Two more cricketers from Sudurpaschim Province will receive monthly remuneration from the Sudurpaschim Provincial Cricket Association. The Association will provide them a monthly remuneration of Rs 15,000. The two include a female and a male cricketer from the province who are regularly playing national tournaments.
President of Sudurpaschim Provincial Cricket Association Basudev Joshi shared that Deepak Bohara of Baitadi and Anu Kadayat of Bajhang will receive monthly remuneration. Both will receive monthly remuneration under the sponsorship of MB Group Dadeldhura. He said that a sponsorship agreement has been signed to provide monthly incentives to both players, effective from November 16.
Deepak and Anu have played many national tournaments representing Sudurpaschim and have also played for the Nepali national team in international tournaments of their age groups.
Earlier, five cricketers from the Province were selected by the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) to receive monthly remuneration. The Sudurpaschim Provincial Cricket Association has selected three male and two female cricketers. The male cricketers selected are Khadak Bohara, Kiran Thagunna and Sher Malla, and the female cricketers are Sabitri Dhami and Sneha Mahara. #cricket #nepal #sudur
