UML secretariat meeting endorses political report



Kathmandu, Jan 2: The CPN UML has approved the political report to be submitted in the upcoming central committee meeting.

UML Deputy Secretary General Pradip Gyawali informed that the secretariat meeting held at party central office, Lalitpur on Thursday dwelt on major points of the political report prepared by Prime Minister and Party chair KP Sharma Oli.

The central committee meeting is scheduled for January 5-6.

The meeting also reviewed the performance of the incumbent government led by party chair, Prime Minister Oli.

Even the national and international political developments were analyzed in the report.

Following the meeting, leader Gyawali shared that the government should focus more on services, development and economic progress.

The UML and the Congress should work together in nine different areas, including amendment of the constitution, implementation of the constitution, passage of pending bills in the parliament, replacement of laws that conflict with the constitution and introduction of new laws.

He claimed that the government was able to given the message of political stability with utmost trust between the two coalition parties. RSS #nepal
