Kathmandu: In the last 11 months, 549,656 foreign tourists have entered Nepal. According to the statistics provided by the Nepal Tourism Board, 549,665 tourists visited Nepal from January to October, 2022.
According to the board, 72,653 tourists came to Nepal in the month of November. Last October, 88,582 tourists entered Nepal. 61,589 tourists visited Nepal in April and 58,314 tourists in September. Similarly, 41,304 tourists visited Nepal in August, 44,462 in July and 46,975 in June, 53,680 in May, 42,66 in March, 19,766 in February and 16,975 in January.
Even in November, 20,832 tourists came from India. Likewise, 7,831 tourists from America, 5,165 tourists from UK and 3,375 tourists from Australia have entered Nepal. Similarly, 2,218 tourists came from Bangladesh and 2,441 tourists from Thailand.
