KATHMANDU: The Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Prachanda-Madhav faction has begun a mass protest rally against dissolving the House of Representative in Kathmandu.
The rallies have created heavy traffic jam in core areas of Kathmandu valley.
The rallies will merge at Exhibition Road, where the NCP Chairs Puspa Kamal Dahal Prachanda and Madhav Kumar Nepal will address the gathering.
The Prachanda-Madhav faction has been organizing series of protests across the country after Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli dissolved the House of Representatives.
