Kathmandu, Dec 3: On the first trading day of this week, a marginal decline was observed in the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index. The NEPSE index decreased by 7.29 points to 1,851.23 points today.
A total of 34.19 lakh shares of different 293 companies were bought and sold.
According to NEPSE, microfinance group has seen an increase of 0.06 percent, while the sub-indices of all other groups have decreased. The mutual fund group decreased the most by 1.25 percent and the finance group decreased by 0.55 percent.
The share price of Three Star Hydropower Limited has increased the most by 9.63 percent, while the share price of Mountain Energy Nepal Limited and United IDI Mardi Hydropower has decreased the most by 9.99 percent.
